Large was too big for me
I ordered the large. I'm 5' 11" and it was too large. The jacket hung too far down my legs and I would get hung up at times when I was squatting during my rides. It would have been better if it had the double zippers allowing you to upon it up from the bottom while keeping the top zipped. It also felt like a rubber raincoat and didn't conform to my body. Little insulation too. I hung this one in the closet and bought a libtech down coat. No regrets on that one. Mostly snowboard in Tahoe.

How does this jacket compare to the burton AK 2L boom jacket?
    j3Lu21 on Sep 20, 2016
    BEST ANSWER: Hi Jason,
Both are going to be solid and well made jackets. The largest difference is that the AK 2L Boom is going to have Gore-Tex and be a tic warmer. The 3L is a little more casual and has more pockets.
