Sellout Risk: Extremely High
The Burton Sapphire Women's snowboard boot is as classy as it is comfortable. From the 2:1 power lacing to the molded EVA footbed with ESS support shank this boot has your back. The liner is wonderful and features Therm-ic heat pre-wired flex2 liner with a True Fit design. Lets not forget the Aegis antimicrobial coating for foot funk free feet. The lightweight outsole with air cushioning keeps your feet comfy without adding too much weight. The boot features a softer flex and a new Flex Spine 2.0 backstay for responsiveness. This boot is definitely a gem in women's snowboarding.
I purchased these boots for my GF as a gift. She has been happy with them. I got her the white with kinda patchworky look. One issue was that her bindings were bleeding color onto the white parts. This is probably an issue with the bindings but just something to think about before getting white boots. The main issue she had is with the ankle spot. For some reason I have yet to figure out, they make my feet fall asleep. I can't tell if it's the heal/ankle padding, or the general shape, but I've figured a way around it anyway. I have to tie them on the more looser side to avoid foot zzz's. this of course makes my heals pop out of the fit a little when I'm riding. I've grown used to it now.
