This is the first pair of boots that I bought. First day the calves were sore but after that the boots felt fine. I would buy again and recommend to a friend. The inner boot tights and release very easy. Also it slides in and out of the boot with no problem.
The boots are a little stiff but thats great. They are also a little tighter than expected but thats also good. Once you wear them out once it's like they form to your foot so they are loose where you need room and snug where you need it. I used to work at a local shoe store as Floor Manager and I can tell you from many years of measuring feet and trying on shoes that these are 100% true to size. 70% of ppl don't wear thier proper shoe size so before you buy these ,or any future shoes/boot/whatever for that matter, go get your feet measured. Also 40% have one foot bigger than the other so measure both(Just in case). Trust me I worked their for 4 years. I know sizing. Also, all shoes aren't made equally so this advise (Them being true to size) is just for this boot this year. Great boots. You can stop reading this and buy them now. 10 stars
Great boot. It is very comfortable, warm, and durable. I have had these for a year and they still look brand new. I like to walk the park, so i need boots with good traction, and these boots have great traction. Love them
These are probably the lowest tech boots I've owned, and I was really surprised by just how comfy they are. I never have to tighten them throughout the day, and the stock foot beds are decent enough not to have to replace them with orthopedics. Burton boots are some of the best boots I've owned
These boots are a little hard to get on but once you loosen them up it shouldn't be a problem! The boots not only look sick but they are warm and very sturdy. I feel like they will never wear out. Good product, good price
just took this boot out onto the slopes last week and they were very good feeling and for the price you cant beat them i work at a soprts store and recomend and sell a lot of these everyone including myself like them a lot.
This is by far the best boot ive ever ridden in..... Its comfortable all day long, you always stay dry and warm, no slippage in bindings, nice medium/stiff flex and looks great.... all round, my favourite boot..... ridden all season and they still look brand new, im sure ill be in these for at least another 3 season, really well built....
I bought this boot this last Easter and got a great deal on them. I rode with them for the first time this last Thanksgiving and absolutely loved them. They have great flex, keep my feet warm and dry, and they have a nice clean look without being gaudy. The only thing that I noticed was that they put a little too much pressure on the tops of my feet (which I think will wear off after more break-in period). Overall, I love these boots and the deal that I got on them makes them even better. I would recommend these to any level rider
I just bought this boot like a week ago and since the season hasn't started yet I haven't been able to board in them, but I did try them on and walked around in them. My normal shoe size and old K2 snowboard boots were a size 10.5 and since Burton doesn't have half sizes, I took the gamble by going with the size 11. Boy was I glad I went up to size 11 after trying the boots on. They are a perfect fit for my feet, were very snug, and feel great, not too mention they aren't heavy at all. I also bought a pair of Burton snowboard socks, and they feel awesome with these boots. I definitely would recommend these boots to anyone
These boots are great for new all riders, beginners to the advanced. They are solidly built and are warm as well. Although the Invaders aren't the latest and greatest out there they will get the job done just as well. They might be tight at first but they do loosen up after a several days time as they mold to your feet. Im a fan of the traditional laces as I feel you can lace them tighter and wont have to worry about re-tightening often. I can usually go for about 4 to 5 hours without re-lacing them and by that time ill be tired but my feet could easily handle more. If you need a solid pair of boots defiantly get these, you will not be disappointed.
I purchased boots and rode them at the end of last season. My old boots were a size 9 and fit snug however i had to go up to a size 10 with these Burtons. They fit really snug and tight. Give you pretty good feel and all round worked out great. Never got cold or sore with these from boarding all day.
I tried these on at a shop just from suggestion, and man was I impressed when i put my foot into the boot, the comfort and support i got was great. The flex is perfect, quite soft, sick for tweaking, jibbing, and butters. I wish there was more bright colors, than it'd be 5/
I love these boots. When I first started wearing them they were a little tight but they ended up packing out and became a lot more comfortable. They kept my feet nice and warm and dry the entire day while I was on the mountain. I would def try this boot with and without a custom footbed to see which way feels better to you. I actually found it a lot more comfortable without the custom foot bed.
these boots are good for its price and its a great boot to get started wit. is nice and soft almost doesn't feel like I've got em on sometimes. I'm not saying its the lightest but light enough. It came me warm and dry through out a warm day. But it could use better cushioning and padding. Feet starting to feel every landing after a few runs. And it can be too soft for some and def. got softer through out the day. But for starters, the softest will be benefical and padding won't be too much of a problem since jumping and landing will be rare.
It is a good boot, i got because it was cheap, but it has delivered. After a long day of riding there can be hot spots on the toes. But other wise it allows you to feel the response of the board but stays loose enough to stay comfortable
These boots are more for beginners. The shoe string on the boots are tough to tie when you need to re-tie the boot on the mountain because you're fingers freeze up bad. I tried these but the quickties from the Burton Moto helped me out when tightening up the boots. The heat mold helps the boot contour to your feet. If you don't mind having cold fingers when tying them up then go for it because the price is very good for boots.
