Jake G: ITS AS COMFORTABLE AS YOU MAKE IT. I HAD CUSTOM INSOLES MADE. HEAT MOLDED AND HAD THEM GRIND A BIT OF THE INSIDE OF MY BOOTS. BUT I HAVE SIZE 12 WIDE. THE BOOT IS A LITTLE TO STIFF RIGHT NOW, IM HOPING IT SOFTENS UP A BIT. Jan 23, 2014

Matt GStaff: I feel that Burton have the best out of box fit and they retain their comfort throughout the day and season.

This is the 5 season I've continually rode Burton boots, I'll never put my feet into anything else.

TheJoeyrs311 . asked: why would I get this over the burton ruler? Dec 18, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt GStaff: Hello TheJoeyrs311,

You'd get the Burton Hail Snowboard Boots over the Burton Ruler Snowboard Boots if you wanted Traditional Laces, an Articulating Cuff, an Imprint 3 Liner that features Rad Pads and more supports, and a Level 2 Footbed that has more heel support.

A shopper asked: What is Aegis Antimicrobial Coating? Oct 8, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Roy MStaff: Aegis Antimicrobial Coating is a new technology designed to block bacteria, fungus, mold. etc. from whatever surface it is located on. Scientifically, this means that the surface of your boot will not be able to support any microbial growth, preventing you from having to deal with any germ problems that you may come across. Don't worry though, it's been tested and proven to be very safe and effective. Oct 8, 2013
