The boots that came were not the ones pictured. Fortunately, my son liked them anyway.

the boots looks good with my board
Ray H on Oct 12, 2015
The Burton freestyle boots sucked. They hurt my feet and were too stiff. The Hail boots I can wear all day and not loose feeling in my toes. They are warm and flexible enough for easy all day use.

I liked the purple and green in the boots... they match the board and my bindings
Parnell J on Nov 22, 2013
My boot choice was determined by what binding I am riding(Malavita EST). I believe that the binding & boots pairing is the most integral part to a dialed snowboard setup.

Based on the picture, these don't seem to be speed lace.
Do they?
ILAN K on Feb 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: These boots are not speed lace's on outer shell, they have old school laces, the kind I prefer personally. Inner liner has speed lace. Overall a good boot for beginning to novice riders. Break them in before taking them to the mountain.
Are these boots men's only? Can women wear them too? Thank you! -e
A shopper on Nov 29, 2013
BEST ANSWER: I originally purchased these boots for my son two years ago. They are very good boots; they are lightweight, flexible, yet supportive. I would have no problem buying them for a woman or a girl as long as they are not after a "stiff" racing boot. They are best for having fun all over the mountain. By the way, they are comfortable and very warm. Have fun.
What year's model?
A shopper on Sep 24, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Hi, I believe they may have been last seasons model or current. My son is very happy with these boots. Very easy to get on and off and feet stay dry. They are also very comfortable. We are a big fan of burton products. Never had a issue. Hope this helps
sizing? run big small etc?
A shopper on Aug 26, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Sizing is very similar to typical shoe size, but requires to be broken in. Will fit tight to begin. Order 1/2 size bigger to be safe.
Do these boots have an internal lace?
A shopper on Feb 15, 2014
BEST ANSWER: It does have an internal lace but it has broken two times now. Fortunately Burton has sent a replacement lace out no questions asked!
