Description: Burton Fiend Snowboard Boots

Taking a run in Shaun White's boots would make the average rider mess their First Layer, so why not skip the scare and get your own pair of the Burton Fiend?

The tweak-friendly all-mountain freestyle flex boasts more rebound and power than the Rampant, and the fully-featured construction includes Exo-Wrap response and the chatter-zapping comfort of a Vibram® outsole with the added warmth of our Sleeping Bag heat-reflective foil. The pro-stock support is balanced by the fluid flex of an articulating cuff, and the entire package rides like a dream from day one with the broken-in feel of Total Comfort.

Key Features of Burton Fiend Snowboard Boots:
  • Shrinkage Footprint Reduction Technology
  • LACING: Traditional with Exo-Wrap Reinforced Two-to-One Lower Zone Lacing
  • LINER: Imprint 3 Liner with Focus Cuff and Rad Pad
  • CUSHIONING: Vibram EcoStep Rubber Outsole [30% Recycled] with Rubber Ice Spikes, B3 Gel, and Sleeping Bag Reflective Foil
  • FLEX AND RESPONSE: Articulating Cuff, GripLITE Backstay, and Medium Flex PowerUP Tongue
  • COMFORT: Total Comfort Construction, Snow-Proof Internal Gusset, and Level 2 Molded EVA Footbed with ESS Support Shank and Aegis Antimicrobial Coating

A Ligit boot!
When I first came across the Burton Fiend I thought it looked like a stout boot. It is. I was in need of a quality boot that was aggressive and could withstand poor conditions. I had grown tired of buying cheaper boots that would fail after one or two seasons. I blame this on my cheap ways and the lack of understanding concerning the importance of a good snowboard boot. Once I bought these boots and laid hands on them I knew I had a great set of boots. I had tried another lacing system and it failed me i.e boa laces. My friend owned a pair of boots with speed laces and they broke while on the soaps. So I decided to go traditional. These boots are very responsive, have amazing traction on all surface conditions, are hard as a rock, and withstand wet conditions very well. I only wear a pair of moisture wicking socks (full length) with these boots. They are so warm and the inner boot is crazy supportive, comfortable, and warms the toe box was perfect! Not top it off they are BA looking. I paired them with a pair of Volcom 50s work pant and they look nice. The atrapnon the back of the boot holds the boot well to the bindings. The shock protection is fantastic. I highly recommend this boot. I would buy it again..

I've got 12 size, what size do you recommend to buy?
Frost on Nov 19, 2015
The 'select a size' pulldown above the add to cart button will allow you to select the desired boot size and know what sizes are available. For these Fiend boots we have 9,10, and 11 left. We cannot re-order these boots.
Fiend vs Rover vs Viking

I have been riding the Burton Ions for years. Looking for something new. How do the above boots compare? Looking for a good all around boot. Don't do any freestyle at all, just something for cruising that is comfortable and will keep me warm.

The Burton Fiend Snowboard Boots are unreal for the price. With an articulated cuff, Imprint 3 liner, and Vibram outsole you can't find a better boot for the price.

Another great boot with a speed zone lacing system is the Burton Ruler, check it out HERE:
