What does True Fit Design mean?
A shopper on Oct 8, 2013
Best Answer: True Fit Design is a technology developed to make sure that every single part of your boot, from the lining to the shell, will fit you with the up most comfort. Burton prides themselves on this perfect fit technology, and you're sure to love it.

How well does this boot hold in your heel?
A shopper on Mar 10, 2014
Best Answer: Just returned from a quick ski vacation, and I got to use these for the first time. These are the best boots out of the box I have ever used! I have a very narrow heel (relative to the rest of my foot), and most boots allow it to slide up. This one holds it in place, and yet is still comfortable for the rest of my foot. The pre-packed-out thing that Burton is doing now really helps. I bought a half size smaller than my last pair of Burton boots.

The boots are fairly stiff and very responsive, without sacrificing comfort.

I had a teeny bit of rub on one heel on my second day, but I expected much worse for much longer. Overall very happy with my new boots!
