if you don't have those base parts, you can get 'em from any sporting goods store that has a decent snowboarding department. the guys at my local REI gave them to me for free. hope that helps!
It is true that the EST Stiletto is a Channel Specific Binding. The best thing to do is contact our customer service people at: 1 (800) 409-7669 or firstname.lastname@example.org and have them help you return and exchange them for correct bindings. We have snowboard specialists that can help you too! Let me know if there is anything I can help you with too.
If your feet are not growing get the M! It will fit snug and secure, and give you the best performance.
I believe you are referring to the Burton 3D mounting pattern. These Stiletto bindings are made specifically for the Channel System and will not work. However they make the exact same design here: http://www.the-house.com/bt1stl02bk13zz-burton-snowboard-bindings.html that is completely compatible to your 3D system. Also here is a list of other bindings that will work: http://www.the-house.com/womens-3d-bindings.html
