Great binding for women on softer side of scale
I got these bindings for my girlfriend. Shes a great rider, but always complained about calf pain from her hi-backs. I was looking for something with a super soft hi-back and these Burton scribes did the trick. Shes has ridden em 4 days at Mammoth Mtn, CA and couldn't be happier. One thing to note is that they say the size range on the large is for size 8-10 womens boots, but my girlfriends size 8.5 vans womens standard boot has to be 'forced' down to fit into the foot bed of the binding, so im not sure how well an actual size 10 would fit in the size large.

super soft
I love LOVE these bindings. Ride them with my Never Summer Infinity board. Soft and noodle-y bindings pairs perfectly with my super soft board. I definitely wouldn't agree with the 'medium' flex rating since these are literally so flexible I can twist and roll the high backs with my hand. Much softer than my powder bindings (stilettos).
Highly recommend if you like a softer, more flex-y ride.

Great bindings
I highly recommend these bindings. When you buckle the binding it is very fast. It only take about 30 seconds for both bindings!! You should definitely get the bindings!! It's worth it!!!???? I'm a 9 year old girl and I rip the mountain with the bindings!!

Burton Scribe
Nice looking binding, but the ratchets slip with out too much torque applied, so they can't be cranked on super tight.

I really want these bindings but how do I know if the base plate will screw into my board?
Amanda K on Jan 6, 2015
Best Answer: Amanda,

I recently purchased these bindings and they came with three different types of screws/plates that configured to three different types of boards. I didn't have a clue which to use so I gave everything in the package to a co-worker and he put it together for me. Hope this helps
