Why did you choose this?
The-House.com Store
For my grandson, my son-in-law loves these bindings, he rides the adult version and has purchased this same setup for his son. They are last season's model, but at a great price so a great overall value.

For starter board for my 7 yr old son
Kimberly W on Dec 11, 2014
Again, Bill and Trevor, both, recommended this binding for the level and needs of my grandson. I know nothing about snowboarding, so I felt they would not mislead me.
Linda S on Dec 11, 2014
My son has had a similar pair of bindings on his last snowboard and he likes this type of binding. He has not had any problems since he installed them on his snowboard.

I just bought two snowboards for my son. One is a Burton Chopper 126 and the other is a K2. Does this binding come with both Burton and standard plates so he can move them from one board to the other?
Matthew C on Sep 30, 2013
Best Answer: Yes, it does.
The discs in the box are fit both 3D and 4×4 mounting systems.

Have fun!

I would like to order a pair of bindings - the Burton Mission Smalls, for my son. I saw this statement below the description of the binding "Burton EST bindings will only work with Burton ICS channel boards. Non EST Burton bindings will fit any current board on the market today". Are these bindings considered Burton EST? I would like to buy him a Forum board. is this a conflict? thx
A shopper on Nov 27, 2014
Best Answer: Although the Burton Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings are not considered EST bindings, they will however work with ALL snowboards on the market. This includes the Channel system.

EST is generally reserved for Channel exclusive bindings that have the hardware attachment on the outside of the bindings.

Once again the Burton Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings will work on all 3D, 4x4 (2x4) and Channel systems.

My boys have these and I could not be happier with their performance.

will this binding fit a womans snowboard boot size9???
A shopper on Nov 23, 2014
Best Answer: Hey,
Really you do not want to do that. This is a youth focused binding, and you would be really close anyway. We offer many bindings in your size: look for Women's L. http://www.the-house.com/bt1ciz02pu13zz-burton-snowboard-bindings.html

The white version lists size 2-6, while this black version lists sizes 4-7. Are they not the same binding in different colours? What size does the black version fit? My son is size 2. Thanks.
Domer on Dec 26, 2013
Best Answer: Hello Dominique,

The Black Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings on this page are from the 2012/2013 season.

The White Burton Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings are from the 2011/2012 season (http://www.the-house.com/bt1misl02bw12zz-burton-snowboard-bindings.html).

Take note that the "Smalls" in each of the titles do not reflect the size of the bindings but rather part of the model name.

In between the 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 seasons Burton made slight modifications to their "Smalls" (Youth) bindings size charts.

---

Below are the size ranges that are labeled on each of the Burton Mission Smalls Binding boxes:

BLACK Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings (2012/2013)
*Box labeled as Size YOUTH

Men's Boots 6-8
Women's Boots 5-9
Smalls Boots 4K-7K
Euro Boots 35-41
UK Boots 3-7
Mondo Boots 22-26

WHITE Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings (2011/2013)
*Box Labeled as Size YOUTH

Grom Boots 2K-6K
Euro Boots 33-38
UK Boots 1-5

---

Here's the interesting thing, both bindings (Black in size Small / White in size Youth) measure to the EXACT same length and width (I actually measured them with a tape measure)...

It's odd to see that although the bindings are the same dimensions that the Euro and UK boot sizing is different.

---

Now, with all of that being said, if either of those Mission Smalls binding straps are adjusted to shortest position available they will fit a size 2 boot (I checked). There is another binding that fits the size small boot better. That binding is the Burton Grom Snowboard Binding in size Youth.

I suppose your son's feet will grown so the best binding for the future will be the Burton Mission Smalls, but if you want the best fit now get the Burton Grom. Check out the Burton Grom Snowboard Bindings out HERE: http://www.the-house.com/bt1grmk01bk13zz-burton-snowboard-bindings.html

What is the largest boot size you can use with the missiom smalls? Last year my son rode these with a 6 but this year he'll be more like an 8 or 9 boot. Time to go to an adult S or M?
A shopper on Oct 25, 2013
Best Answer: The Burton site says the that the largest boots thtat can be ridden in the Burton Mission Smalls Snowboard Bindings is a 7K.

If your son will be wearing size 8-9 mens boots this season it will be a good idea to to move up to an adult mens binding. If he's growing fast you might want to consider getting a size medium instead of a size small.
