    Pros: Great Response,Great Construction,Great Fit,Rear Entry Highback,Comfortable,Easy to Adjust,Lightweight,Easy Mounting,Great Value,Good Compatibility,Good Cushioning,Responsive Highback,Soft Flex, Cons: none

These bindings are awesome. For the price you really can't go wrong. I would definitely recommend these to a beginner or intermediate rider who is trying to get the feel of what type of board and bindings they like. They make learning how to ride my board ten times easier and have a great and responsive feel when carving and going down black diamonds for the first time.

A shopper asked: I wear a size 12..should i still go with large bindings because the sizing says sizes 10+? Nov 20, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Nicholas M: Yes, go with the large. This will accommodate any size boots 10 and over. Hope this helps. You can always call the hotline number listed. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention have sweet deals on products. If you find something for a lower price (even online) they will honor it. I found the board cheaper on another site but wanted to order from them as I was getting some other items as well. They honored the price no problem. Nov 21, 2013

Aaron B: I would absolutely go w Large bindings at the very least. Last thing you want is your boot hanging over the edge of your board when you turn. Try some out somewhere before you buy if you get a chance Nov 21, 2013

A shopper asked: I am looking to buy a board and already have size 12 boots. Would I be able to use these boots on a 158 forum honeypot without my toes dragging? Dec 3, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Shimon B: So the answer to your Q. is Yes. The board has a pretty wide base so the boots once they are inside the bindings will feel awesome. Plus if you feel that you need a little more extension on the bindings, don't worry the Burton Freestyle Bindings can extend the toe plate out to fit your needs.

I happen to have the Burton Freestyle Bindings on my K2 Dark Star and they work perfectly.

I hope I was some help. Good luck with your decision.

Kyle E: get a medium Dec 2, 2013
Reply to Kyle Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Tyler P: I wear a size 10 too. I got the mediums in this binding and a large in another Burton binding. I prefer the mediums. The fit is dead on with one more adjustment hole left in the straps in case of outer boot size variance. The larger bindings are very hard to center the toe strap and there is a lot of extra strap hanging out when their properly tightened down, at least for the size 10's. Oh, the boots I'm using are also Burton. Nov 30, 2013

John G: I think the medium will work well for you. The "gas pedal" adjusts to different size boots. If you think you feet will grow larger than size 11, in the next year, you may want to consider the large bindings. Jul 3, 2013

Tyler P: Metal and plastic buckles, very durable. I've had them for three seasons of hard riding without any problems. And Burton has a great service department where you can get replacement parts (I got a super old pair of Burton bindings off Ebay and got replacement parts to rebuild them for super cheap from them). John C asked: Will these fit on a Ride DH Wide and does it come with a strap to put around my leg incase it comes off? (those are required where I go) If not where can i get one? Dec 6, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
David V: John C: these have a mounting disc for the typical 6 screw mount, so I THINK they should attach to your board just fine. If Ride has some proprietary mounting system, all bets are off. Just check the board.
What you're looking for is a leash, and those don't come with the bindings. I'd be surprised if House doesn't have any; try calling them if you can't find it, they were pretty helpful for me.

A shopper asked: The Burton Invador boots are too small at size 12, will need to return for a size 13, but should the bindings also be exchanged for an XL instead of Large? Dec 30, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt GStaff: I'm sorry to hear that your boots fit small. Burton does not currently make bindings in size X-Large, only Small, Medium, and Large. The Large size Burton Freestyle Snowboard Bindings will fit boots size 10+. I just put a size 13 Burton Invador Snowboard Boot in a size Large Burton Freestyle Snowboard Binding, with a few minor adjustments to the strap length, the boots fit just as they should, perfect. J. Acevedo asked: Is there any major difference between Burton Fresstyle and Burton Custom bindigns? Thanks guys. Dec 26, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt GStaff: Hello Juan,

Yes there are a few major difference between the Burton Freestyle Snowboard Bindings and the Burton Custom Snowboard Bindings. I am comparing the 2014 models of each binding...

FEEL RATING: The Freestyles are a little softer they are rated as a 3 where as the Customs are rated at a 4. The Customs will be a little more responsive, not much but just a little.

HIGHBACK: Both the Freestyle and the Custom have a Single Component Hi-Back. The Custom has Canted design that aligns the ankles, knees, and hips better and they also feature Dial Flad forward lean adjustments. The Freestyle binding highback are not canted and have a Micro Flad forward lean adjustment.

TOE STRAP: The Freestyles have a Adaptastrap Toe Strap that can be worn on the front of the toes of across the top of the foot where as the Customs have a Primo Capstrap Toe Strap that is 3D curved and can be only worn on the front of the toes.

Other than that, the only major difference is the price point. Overall it'll be better to spend the extra money and get the Custom.

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Anthony T: The Burton Freestyles are awesome but their not made for every type of rider. The feel is different and a bit hard to explain. If you're not too experienced with boarding, the Customs are great for every type of style. You'll feel that you have more control on harder terrain. With the freestyles in my opinion it's more for people with experience knowing how their foot placement is. Both great binding but if you don't ride all the time Customs are the way to go. Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt GStaff: Hi Jared,

You'd be best riding a size medium Burton Freestyle Snowboard Binding. We have the 2014 Freestyles in white, check them out HERE: http://www.the-house.com/bt1fre04bk14zz-burton-snowboard-bindings.html

You could potentially ride the size large size, but it wouldn't fit the way they are designed to fit you boots.

Roy MStaff: No they will not as they are not Channel compatible. You will need to pair the Burton Process with a channel - EST - compatible binding. Check out our selection here: http://www.the-house.com/est-bindings.html
I would suggest going with the Burton Custom EST for just a little bit more money...killer binding.
