    • "Burton Elevators "

      , CA
Pros: Add elevation , Cons: Bulky,

The Elevators definitely add lift, but it is better to buy a wide board. If necessary the elevators are one of the only viable solutions for a big footed rider to use.

Pros: reduces toe drag, Cons: Can barely find them anymore, Slight reduction in response,

I used to have multiple copies of this item and haven't seen them around much lately. With size 12-13 boots there are a ton of boards that I just can't ride. I didn't ride a lot during college and these things saved me on the occasions I got out and had to rent a board. Great product to use to help reduce catching a toe when carving due to your large feet and your board built for everyone out there that doesn't get mistaken for big foot. I say buy them if your board size is close but don't expect these to work miracles for you. Get a wide board if you need it.

Pros: better leverage of your edges, Cons:

I have used binding risers on my last 2 boards and i love them. to my knowledge they are not being made anymore so i got stocked up. they seem to reduce toe outs on deep carves and give better leverage and response, i have ridden boards without in the past couple seasons and they seem slugish to me now
