Tyler P: My wife uses these in medium with a size 9 women's boot. I wear a size 10 men's boot and I can adjust the straps and fit into the bindings just fine. I would say the large bindings would work well for what you need. Nov 30, 2013

Emma M. asked: Will there bindings work with the 2012/2013 model Burton Blunt board? Nov 13, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Chay B: I don't know for sure, but as I understand it, these are pretty universal and work with about anything that isn't the Burton proprietary EST (slot style) board. The bindings with "EST" in the name work with the EST boards. I have never bought anything in the EST style, but quite often, I see Burton offer boards and bindings in both styles of mount.

Check to see if the board is an EST with the slot down the middle. If it isn't, this binding should work fine, I think. We are using it with a Sapient with the standard 4 hole setup.

jason f: Well...the Burton Blunt is a male snowboard and these bindings are female. So...with that said...I would match up male/male or female/female. I would say that the center mounting disc would be the different if anything actually is different. Call Burton directly...they will answer and they will probably send you the proper mounting hardware for FREE. Nov 13, 2013

Emma M.: I have them now and they work great together! Jan 31, 2014
Laura C: Work great - I have never had a problem - they feel secure, and they are not too rigid that it's hard to move. Sometimes teh snaps don't slide in 100% easily, but it takes a second and I'm in and off down the hill.
I'd recommend them - and they're purple. win-win.

Sarah L: I wear a size 9-9.5 shoe and the large worked great for me. There's still extra room to ratchet down the strap so I would think they would work for a size ten. Jul 30, 2013

A shopper asked: Looking at buying my Daughter a board K2 that say mounting is a 2x4, but like Burton Bindings that say compatible with Channel, 3D, or 4x4 mounting will they work on the K2 board or do I need to find different bindings? If so what mounting should I be looking for on the K2 Board?
Thanks
Buddy

Stephanie M: Those binding will fit that board. The 2x4 just means that the holes are two cm apart whee ease the 4x4 are 4cm apart and you get a base disk that allows you to move the binding base plate to fit. Dec 2, 2013

Nia C asked: I just want to confirm a few things. I am a beginner boarder ( this is my second season) . I'm not sure which board I will get yet (haven't decided!) but will these Citizen bindings work on mostly any board besides the burton board with the channel ? Also are these good for beginners and adjustable?

My boots are a size 10, so I should stick to the Large ?

All your answers will be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
Dec 29, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt GStaff: Hi Nia,

These Burton Citizen Snowboard Bindings are one of the most versatile bindings on the market; they fit on boards that feature the Channel System, 3D, 4x4, and 2x4 mounting patterns.

The straps, highback, and angles are fully adjustable to meet your unique specifications. Are they good for beginners? Absolutely.

With a size large boot I'd recommend staying with the size large bindings.

Sandy M: These bindings come with the 3D plate and the regular 4x4 plate, so they will work with any board as long as it isn't channel, so you are correct. I wear a size 7.5 to 8 boot and bought medium bindings. They are adjustable, all you need is a screw driver. These are great beginner bindings. Hope that helps! Happy riding! Dec 31, 2013

CJ T: These are great bindings for beginner/intermediate riders. I bought them for my girlfriend last year and she said they rode great. Nothing fancy or special but well worth the money. The will fit any board you have or will purchase. I would say the large size will be just fine for a size 10. Dec 31, 2013

Trina T asked: How light in weight are these bindings? Aug 12, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Laura C: I like them a lot - they're light weight, and I feel like they're sturdy enough to fool around in too. Sometimes I find they don't slide in perfectly into the latch, I gotta move it around until it can slide in - but other than that they're pretty great. Aug 14, 2013
Reply to Laura Good answer? Yes (1) No (0)
Tyler P: Trina. I haven't used them myself since I bought them for my wife. But I did install them on her board, as I do with all our boards and bindings. The bindings are light weight, not clunky, but their tough in the spots you want them to be like; the strap ports, high backs and bed. Their also highly adjustable so you can set them just right. I use the men's version of the same binding and their awesome. Aug 13, 2013

Claudia P asked: Does anyone know if this bindings will work with the Burton Feather Snowboard? Feb 5, 2014

Sandy M: These bindings come with inserts for burton 3D and any regular two by four or four by four mounts. The only type it won't work with is the channel.

I've used mine a few times and they did great! Hope this helps.

jason f: They will work. These bindings are an entry level girls binding. The toe and ankle strap have minimal padding. You can use the toe strap over the foot/toe or at the tip of the toe. If you're just cruising and doing minor buttering tricks...I recommend them. My wife uses them on her Gnu B-Nice 145. Nov 30, 2013

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt GStaff: Hello Caitlin,

Theroretically yes there will be a problem trying to fit a size 9 boot in the size medium Burton Citizen Snowboard Bindings because they are designed to fit boot that range from size 6 to size 8.

Your size 9 boots would fit better in a size large Burton Citizen Snowboard Binding.

Matt GStaff: The Burton Citizen Snowboard Bindings would be good on the Burton Feather Snowboard that features the channel mounting system because of the Re:Flex Channel Discs. An EST binding option would be ideal though.
