Hi, I'm Dave, here at The House Boardshop. I'm gonna spit some game about the Burton Citizen bindings. It's a really, really good price point for women's bindings from Burton. You've got a lifetime warranty on the base plate; and that goes for all the Burton bindings from now until infinity. It has metal a ratchet this year which is a nice upgrade. It's definitely going to be very durable; and the smoothness, especially on the release, has been increased.
From there, you've got a 3D molded ankle strap with good padding all the way through. It's really gonna fit good with your boot; there's no bunching or anything because it's already preformed. The toe strap is gonna be a toe cap strap. It's gonna be wrapped over the front of the boot which is a great option for women because typically you've got a little poorer circulation than us guys. It's really going to help promote blood flow all the way out to the extremity by allowing you to wiggle your toe.
We've got on the interior: generous padding throughout the base plate, adjustable toe ramp. Definitely good for icy, hard pack riding, park riding and stuff like that. On the posterior we have: Forward lean that's a quick adjust, you don't need a tool to adjust that; and a medium hi-back. Pretty good all mountain binding for like intermediate rider; it's gonna function really, really good. Part of their True Fit Program too, it's designed to work really, really well with the Burton women's boots. Other than that, it's just a great binding at a great price. Get the binding...it just allows you to put a little more "ching" into the boots. Word...
