"Legit Bindings"
Pros: Comfy with lots of padding, Very sturdy and High quality, Responsive
Cons: None,
Rode this with the Sierra Reverse Crew and I had a blast. First thing that stood out to me was the fact that the bindings had lots of padding and cushion. It made fit very comfortable. I didn't really notice a flex in these bindings, that why I said they were sturdy..if I had to choose, I'd say mid-flex. They feel very strong and well built. Also, in my opinion, they are more responsive/sturdy than my Burton Triads. Burton also does a great job making they look GOOD.
Honestly, you can't go wrong with these bindings.

"Get what you pay for"
Pros: Comfy, Strong, Mid Flex
Cons:
So far these bindings have yet to fail my expectations. I love riding with these bindings because everything just feels right. They fit well with my non Burton boots and the straps are padded. I'm mainly a freestyle rider that dabbles in the park and these bindings work on both scenarios. Get the Cartels you won't be disappointed

"Great Bindings: Burton Cartel "
Pros: Great Color, Mid Flex, not too stiff. Just right., Has padding/foam.
Cons:
I actually own the 2010 model of these bindings. I've tried out the new 2012's. Slight improvement, but mainly the same. Mid-flex, really good all mountain bindings. Use them on my Burton custom. I'm an intermediate boarder, and they work perfectly for me. They work well in the park (from my experience). The build quality of these bindings is fantastic. It's mostly plastic but still great quality nonetheless. The adjustable strap thing is metal. Basically, you could abuse the heck out of these things and they will still be going strong. Love my burton cartel bindings!

"Best Binding on the market"
Pros: Great all around, works well with other company's boots, lifetime baseplate warranty
Cons: none so far,
I've been riding the '12 model since Feb '11 (about 25-30 days on snow so far) and this binding is spectacular. The highback is a big, and significantly better change to the '11's highbacks. This binding goes everywhere with me, it's flexible enough for me to throw it on my park board and lap the park all day, yet responsive enough for to throw it on my boardercross board. This binding, especially the restricted version has extremely comfortable straps, yet hold you firmly in place. Burton's buckles are second to none, smooth and easy to use. the best part about these bindings is that they work well with almost any boot, burton boots work exceptionally but third party brands enjoy a comfortable fit as well. if you own a burton ICS board, pony out the extra dough for the est version, it's worth it.

"Pretty sweet binding"
Pros: Durable, Responsive, Quality
Cons:
Compared to some of the other burton bindings ive tried these are definitely more responsive. The straps and sweet they dont pinch at all. Only got to ride these for alil but they were comfortable and stayed tight the entire ride. Only con I had was when trying to tighten them really tight it would slip slightly on some occasions.
Overall great binding would def pick it up.
