"Solid Snowboard Pants"
I originally purchased these pants because of their eye-catching bright lime color; they look really good when you are free-styling on the mountain or in the park --- I was looking to get something a little baggier than I normally sport on the slopes so I went with the Large instead of Medium size; the bottom of the pant legs don't drag on ground if you set up the boot gators the right way. Also, the pants also have two handy velcro-adjusted straps on the *inside* of the waist liner. The rear pockets can be secured by both zippers and velcro strips. Some of the belt loops have snaps for securing a powder skirt from jacket --- There are zippered vents on the insides of the pants leg thighs that have a thin membrane of web-like material to keep pow out of your pants --- The outer material appears to be very durable and the pants have proven themselves to be pretty waterproof on a slushy day. Worn on 25 degree day with single layer of loose fitting synthetic sweatpants underneath; kept warm and dry. I would have rated one more star if I didn't have an issue with a permanently-closed zipper (come'on, they're supposed to be new…)
