my head size is 56 1/2- 57 cm what size helmet do I wear the s/m or m/L?

Best Answer: Not sure I wear a 7-1/2 size hat and the l/xl helmet fits nice and snug. With a winter hat underneath it is too tight

This Bern Brentwood Helmet has an accompying size charts so you can take a measurement around your head and apply it to their charts.
