The new Bic Nova 165 Windsurfing Board is aiming to become THE board on which the whole family can learn without having the bother of excess board width. Its reasonable width (82cm), comfortable, well-spread volume (165 litres) and light stern loading the bow section means you can ride in light wind without wallowing. Suitable for all rider sizes. The Nova 165 has the same excellent planing as the Techno 2/160 from which it was developed but with fittings that make it affordable for all budgets : EVA foam covered deck, moderate length fin and more centrally mounted footstraps allowing you to learn funboarding the easy way. If you fit a bigger fin you’ll have more of the performance of the Techno 2/160, so you can learn and progress on the same board.
