The BIC Jungle provides the answer with water time for the whole family! You can get out on the water and have fun no matter what! From no wind and no waves, through to medium winds and waves. You don't have to just windsurf, with the Bic Jungle you can turn to surfing, stand-up paddling and kayaking! BIC Sport has drawn on its wealth of experience in windsurfing, surfing and kayaks to produce the BIC Jungle, evolving from the design base of the latest stand-up paddle boards, which need to both glide well and surf in the waves.
For windsurfing the volume and stability makes for ease of uphauling for comfort and learning. The Saber style daggerboard makes for directional stability and upwind sailing - you can get back to where you started. "Saber" style greatly improves the board's weight, and allows you to completely remove the daggerboard for better surfing. The long length and narrow width makes you glide in light, sub planing wind conditions. Wonderful for cruising! The windsurf specific rocker line, with a flat midsection makes for glide performance and earlier planing. Rail bevels in the nose make for easier jibes and better maneuvers on waves.
For lightwind wavesailing, as a SUP/surf / windsurf hybrid, this board makes a great waveboard for lightwind conditions. If you need footstraps, use the front footstraps only as your back foot is used to turn the board. Note - mast foot should be positioned towards the very back of the track. When freeriding in flatwater cruising, the board works great without any footstraps. However, if you need or wish to use footstraps, use both the front and the back strap positions. Note = particularly when using larger sails > 6sqm, the mast foot should be positioned towards the front of the track.
