How do the Black/Blue Lagoon Lens perform in low light/overcast days? Is the red solex lens better for those conditions? Also are the red solex fully reflective or can you see persons eyes?
A shopper on Dec 1, 2015
Best Answer: Hi!
My friend swears by the Blue Lagoon lenses for a huge variety of light conditions. I like them... they are not optimal for bright intense sun (which is rare mid-winter here). Anon describes: "High contrast yellow base lens with a multi-layer blue mirror enhances color definition and increases depth perception in varying levels of light conditions." VLT 80%. The Red Solex is going to better for full Blue Bird days. Both are mirrored, but in the right light or angle your eyes might be visible.
