Again, are the control functions (volume up/down, send/end, etc) compatible with Android devices? Question asked 6 months ago, appreciate a more timely response. Thanks.

Does anyone know if this will work with android?
A shopper on Dec 24, 2013
Best Answer: Apple has the proprietary rights for the jack and controller functions that work of of resistance feed levels with the buttons. You can try an Android with different apps. and you can make some of the buttons do different things with number of clicks, but it will never be as natural and functional as with an Apple device. Also this, nor any of the in ear cover speakers are going to be comfortable all day long. You remove the padding punch out in the earpiece of the helmet and install the hard plastic speakers. What you are left with is an eighth of an inch of material between your ears and two pieces of plastic. That said the build on these seems solid if you are going to use them with and Apple device.
