Description: Adidas ZX Snowboard Boots

Inspired by the iconic running shoes of the same name, the Adidas ZX Snowboard Boots are all about freestyle performance. With a soft/ medium flex and EVA midsole, you get excellent feel and control over your board, but still have enough cushioning to absorb heavy landings and vibration from rough snow conditions. The 3D molded tongue works together with the dual zone speed lacing to keep your heel in place, so you can stick your landings with confidence.  If you are looking for a pair of boots to let you go big in the park with style, comfort and control, the ZX Snowboard Boots are your dream come true.

Key Features of Adidas ZX Snowboard Boots:
  • Synthetic leather and mesh upper
  • 3D molded tongue
  • Dual-zone speed lacing system
  • Molded footbed with odor-resistant recycled coffee ground material
  • Lightweight EVA outsole
  • Imported

Review Title
Overall great boot but they run small. I'm a size 11.5-12 and I had to order/return these same boots twice at two different websites. Now I order a size 13 and Will see how that works out.

BEST ANSWER: The Adidas ZX Snowboard Boots feel a little softer to me than the Vapens. For the shape of my foot tehy fit true to size.
How good are these for park?
geoff c on May 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Fantastic, they hold up great too. They allow you to move your ankles to shift on rails and have a nice impact sole for when you land from big air.
How do these compare to the 2014 dc phase snowboard boot? Which will be a better boot that I can take all over the mountain?
A shopper on Oct 5, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I just got these and I haven't worn them on the mountain yet but I must say they can be tightened or loosened to whatever extent you prefer and seem like they would be a good "all around the mountain" boot. That's why I got them and so far just with putting them on I feel like they will reach my expectations
Is the liner heat moldable?

BEST ANSWER: Sorry but I cannot answer this question because I had to return these boots because of a defective lace on the boot.
Is it Stiffer than the Samba?
A shopper on Sep 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I think the ZX are the stiffest. I can barely walk in them
How do these compare to the blauvelt boots? How comfortable are the zx 500? Are they narrow or wide or normal width in the zx500 ?
Zachjle7 on Mar 30, 2016

the main differences are materials used, which could play into overall stability. Also flex, the ZX are more flexible than the Blauvelt.
