Description: K2 Shreditor 120 The Pettitor Skis

This season sees the return of Sean Pettit's pro model, the K2 Shreditor 120 ("The Pettitor"). So perfect in its inception last year, the 2014 model is almost unchanged. Still boasting Powder Rocker, 50% camber/50% rocker, the ski gets the utmost surf in powder. The new Tapered Tip smooths the camber to rocker transition in the forebody, allowing more control and a smoother ride. K2 layers an assortment of wood in the core then wraps that with a Triaxial Braid, a weave of fiberglass machine interlocked to improve torsional rigidity. The K2 Shreditor 120 is therefore responsive and lively as well as rigid and strong.

  • Radius: 22m @ 179 Bi-Directional Sidecut Construction: Triaxial Braid TwinTech Sidewall Core: Fir/Aspen Dimensions: 147/120/141 Powder Rocker

I'm 6' 175-180lb & expert skier currently on a Rossi S7 195 (good ski). What length would you recommend in the 120 Pettitor? 179 or 189? Thks
A shopper on Sep 20, 2014
BEST ANSWER: If you're on the 195 Rossignol S7 I'd go with the 189 K2 Pettitor 120. It's a fabulous ski. Enjoy!
hi im about 5'9 and 130, im growing and im looking for a good ski that i can grow into and use as i grow. i like to powder ski and think the pettitors. would they be the best for me?

BEST ANSWER: HI there, I am 5"10 and 175lb and these skis are just right for me. They are pretty heavy but still have enough pop that you can fly of any little bumps. My only two concerns would be that they might be a little heavy for you currently but if you get used to them and use enough force then I am sure you will love them. Secondly I ordered the 179 version but when comparing to a pair of Rossingol Soul Sevens(180s) they are at least a couple of inches longer, somewhere around 183.
How does this ski's powder rocker perform in groomed?
Dylan H on Jan 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: K2 describes the Shreditor 120's as the most well rounded pow ski on the market. So I'd imagine that they can handle groomed runs fairly well.
Im 5'10" 175. Would i want to go with the 179 or the 189?
cole s on Dec 14, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I'm 5'11" 190 and I went with the 179 because I like the control of a shorter ski. Combined with the fact that the skis are pretty hefty I went with the shorter of the two. But you can't forget the fact that with the tremendous rocker in the tip and tail a 189 doesn't touch as much as a most skis would. It's really up to your skier type if you like control or speed.
hi i was wondering if these skis could go into the park and still be a good ski?
love the pow on Feb 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hey.

This is a powder oriented ski that is also all-mountain. Are you just looking to ride park on the side?
Are the shreditors new or used, and do they include bindings?
Ryko241 on Dec 28, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Ryan - they are new and they do not include bindings.
What bindings and brake size would you suggest for thses?
Kamloops on Oct 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: With a 120 underfoot the K2 Shreditor 120 Pettitor Skis would match up really well with the 130mm Rossignol FKS Dual WTR Bindings. Check them out HERE: http://www.the-house.com/ro1fkdw4115fl16zz-rossignol-ski-bindings.html
what's the length of these skis?
A shopper on Jan 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The only remaining size of the K2 Shreditor 120 skis that we have of this version are the 169cm length.
