    • "Depends on your riding."

      , MINNEAPOLIS, MN
Pros: FLEXIBLE., Mellow, fun., Cons: Disastrous in chunks., Lacks snap in turns.,

I spent two days on Heroes. The first day I LOVED it. It could do no wrong, just seemed wonderfully free. It lacks snap and pop from carve to carve due to the true reverse camber, but it's a really fun super mellow board. It pressed out easier than any other board I've ever ridden. However I rode it a second day and absolutely HATED IT. I was ridden crappy, chunky snow and the board was not having any of it. Most Burtons I've ridden tend to not be quite damp enough for me, but this one was especially bad. I basically went from absolutely wanting to buy a Crew to thinking it was too one-dimensional a board for me. So it really depends on what you want.

    • "Good, versatile board"

      , DENVER, CO
Pros: Good value, Nice bounce, Versatile Cons: Choppy ride at high speeds,

Bought this a year+ ago and very satisfied. Good board in the park, but can ride all mountain. Good value for the price. You'll experience some chop at higher speeds, but that's about the only downside and common with rocker boards like this one. Good intro. to this type of board.

    • "Great BOard"

      , SEDONA, AZ
Pros: Really smooth ride, Cons: I don't own this board yet,

I am still in the market for a new board and my friend let me use his last season. I was really impressed with the ride. I don't really do park, but I decided to try it this year with this board. Although I wasn't doing anything too crazy, I felt really comfortable on the board and it was really forgiving of mistakes. Great all around board, but awesome in the park. The flex in the board was nice.

    • "Great board!"

      , Daly City, CA
      Pros: Great flex, V-rocker, Cons:

This is a great board! I'm an intermediate rider who's picking up speed and this definitely helps me become a better snowboarder. The flex is great and I'm really comfortable the whole time. It's not too heavy so it's not annoying when I have to carry it to and from the car. I like that they come in many colors but I like the yellow I got because it's just bright enough in the event I get lost in the snow.

    • "Burton Hero V-Rocker"

      , WI
Pros: lighter board, flex, V-Rocker Cons:

The Burton Hero is a great board and I would highly recommend it. I have only owned this board for half of a season but have been on it a great deal of time. This is a great board for boxes, and great for jumps. Landing on your nose or tail of the board the board will ease the rest of the board down, it will not slap like stiffer boards will do. It is a little unstable bombing hills because it is a V-Rocker, but it will become more stable the more experience you have with this board. Riding on boxes is a ton of fun; it is very easy to rotate on the box. Also on boxes and rails the flex is amazing, it is very easy to press.

I am absolutely in love with this board! the rocker is so forgiving, it makes buttering up the slopes a piece of cake!
