is there edge on both sides? I mean when the board is open and it's used as ski.

Best Answer: Yes the Burton Freebird Splitboard has full metal wrap edges around each section of the board.

what is the "blem" on this board? is it structural or cosmetic?

Best Answer: The blemishes ont eh Burton Freebird Splitboard are cosmetic. The blems vary on each board but range from offset colors to offset graphics. The cosmetic blemishes do not alter the boards structural integrity or performance.
