Description

Burton Love Snowboard 158
Aint nothing wrong with a little bump and grind. Love loves snowboarding, loves getting way extreme in the park, loves to ollie stuff, and is wicked good at it thanks to her snappy glass and Park Fly II core. Love loves smooth sliding through kinks and loves rocking super-wide cowboy stances. Love says size doesn't matter (foot size sicko, it also comes in a wide). Love loves Keegan and Mikkel for developing such a lovely love axe.

  • "Nice, stable ride"

    , west deptford, NJ
Pros: snappy, stable, nice graphics Cons: none,

Loved this board. It was a nice, easy board to ride. softer than middle of the road flex, so it was pretty easy to butter around. Boardslides were easy to lock into, and it was not a catchy board at all. A decent all around board from burton!

  • "want it"

    , AL
Pros: base graphic, sintered, fast, Cons: kinda heavy,

i demoed this and now i want it, its great for jumps and soft enough for jibs, but its also great for charging around and you cans till get floaty on powder with it because of the elliptical kicks. i wish they had that other color for the 152 though, the ne with the light blue base and red heart, i would buy it for sure then

  • "I loves me some Love"

    , billings, MT
Pros: Buttery, Poppy, Exceptionally easy to ride Cons: Base could be harder,

This board is the ride that opened my eyes to what a true pro-level snowboard was supposed to be. I've been riding it for a few years now, in every imaginable situation and ever imaginable condition, and I truly believe it is the definition of a quiver killer. If you like Park riding, that what the Love is made for. But, if you're like me, and don't want to be tied down to one area, the Love excels at places you won't expect it to. I haven't ridden my powder board for two years now, even in 12 inch dumps, because the scooped/ellipticle tip and tail on my love floats like a dream in the deeps. I outweigh the recommended weight for the 155 by a good 25-30 pounds, and I ride a centered stance, and it still planes better in the pow than my powder board did. All this with the added jib friendliness, and you have an all mountain play toy! I went out on a limb buying the Love, and it has been one of the best purchases of my life.

  • "Burton Love 2010 "

    , NUTLEY, NJ
Pros: Great pop, jibbing, Low spin weight, Carving Cons: Graphics might offend some ppl but I dont care,

This board is awesome. I know its a park board but it can be taken anymore. I used it in double black diamonds with no problems. There is no chatter at high speeds and you get amazing pop with this board. The est and true twin really made this board responsive and easy to maneuver. This board handle jumps with easy. I landed some jumps tail heavy and thought I would wash out but it didn't. This board is legit. The only con is that some ppl will be offended by the graphics and give you looks but I don't care.

  • "Good Snowboard"

    , Anchorage, AK
Pros: Poppy, Carves Great, Channel System Cons:

The board is real poppy and fun. It carves much better than expected for a park board. It can handle all kinds of conditions. If you want to ride powder, you can just slide your stance back an inch and get some more float. Awesome board.

  • "Sweet board"

    , Beaufort, SC
Pros: Good Flex, Nice Graphic, Good pop Cons: None yet,

Just got this board. Excellent on the slopes. Just starting to get in the park a little. Cant wait to have more time on this board.

  • "Feel The Love"

    , Ridgeland, AL
    Pros: Good Board, Cons:

I bought this board for my wife as a birthday present and she LOVES it! She does mostly freestyle on it with some carving at low to medium speeds. She says this board helped her to get the tricky moves that she had been trying to complete but couldn't do them on her last board. I would recommend this board to any rider that loves to enjoy the sport that is taking over the world, SNOWBOARDING!

  • "The love"

    , New Orleans, LA
Pros: EST system, Twin tip, Cons: bit expensive,

This board is the 3rd generation of the Burton love series! It has got a lot of advantages and a few disadvantage. The EST system is teh best thing in this board, to rig up the board is more easier with it! There is white blank gap in the bottom of the board where you can write that what you really LOVE. I recommend it those riders who are snowboarding for a time ago!

  • "Love at first sight"

    , mandan, ND
Pros: carving, park, kickers Cons: edge catch form time to time,

This board is by far love,The grafics on it are one of burtons best ever. I had alot of fun with this board, i fould it best on groomers, and kickers, holds edge well and good pop also. Love this board, get it before its gone

  • "Im in Love :)"

    , Melbourne, Vic
Pros: Great Camber Pop, Unique Graphics , Very Durable Cons: None!,

I bought this board earlier this year and have to say i fell in love with it soon after the 2nd run! Board is very durable, have had a few crashes and taken it into the park and looks great with hardly any marks. Rides good in powder aswell and with the channel system its very easy to adjust the stance. Where this board really shines is on high-speed groomed runs and huge jumps, eats them right up! This board is best suited for an intermediate/advanced rider, beginners will struggle to get the most out of it.

  • "True Quiver killer "

    , Pinckney, MI
Pros: Light, poppy, responsive, durrable, Cons: the discontinuation of the 09 graphics ,

The burton love may be titled as an park board but it trueley kills it every where, the board's swing weight for a 162 is great also when riding pow I did not need to set the stance back due to the eliptical kicks on the nose and tail, out of all the burton boards the love series along with the uninc (RIP Pig) are the best burton burton boards I have ever ridden. Another great thing about this board is that I bought it snowboard for $220 and I can tell you that I truley got my moneys worth out of this board it held up so well that I can continue to ride it this year.
