Great Board
Ride Manic is a great board for the price. Quite responsive, but also forgiving enough for those of us that don't get on the snow as often anymore. I have smaller feet but the wide board floats me well in powder without any adjustments, and doesn't sacrifice performance on groomed runs, either. A great all-around board in my opinion. I rode the Fleetwood before and loved it; the Manic is a better performer in my opinion--if they brought back the Fleetwood color scheme it would be even better!

Great price and right size. I'm 6'2, 190 with a size 12 boot. Went with the Wide based on my phone conversation with The-House customer support.

Does this board come pre-waxed or should I take it in to a local shop to get waxed before shredding the mountain?
Cory P on Feb 14, 2014
Best Answer: It comes with a factory wax job. I didn't wax mine; I took it out of the box, set my bindings, and hit the slopes. That being said, it doesn't hurt to wax it sooner than you normally would after your first ride since the factory wax is a bit thinner than you could do personally/a shop would do. It was FAST my first day out with it, though, so you should be fine. I love this board, very comfortable ride!

is this a good board for and intermidate rider who wants to start fooling around in the park but also be able to shred the mountain?
A shopper on Nov 25, 2013
Best Answer: Ya definitely I love my board I am a text book intermediate rider and this board has allowed me to advance my riding so much. However I think it does much better just free riding the mountain it curves so effortlessly and smooth. It is a little bit to large to really fool around in the park with unless u just like doing box jumps.
