  • "bought it love it ride it"

Pros: jack of all trades, Cons: master of none,

This is my second snowboard. An upgrade from a budget pale swing board. I found the difference to be amazing and is a great upgrade from cheap boards and rentals. It rides smooth with no noticeable chatter at speed. nice transitions from edge to edge. good flex smoothed out those ripped up groomers. As yet I haven't had a chance to take is on deep pow. Not sure how it would go on bigger jumps but on small to medium kickers (the current limit of my skill level) it was great. very stable. Got about 6ft of air underneath and covered a distance of about 10 to 15ft sweet as. I think it would be good beginners for its easy handling right through to more advanced riders wanting to try new tricks. good all rounder but might might not suit those who focus on one particular area. It is light but not as light as something like a Burton dominant. Im pleased I bought the antic and will look forward to increasing my skill with it.

Pros: great control, regular camber, Cons: lack pop, hard to ride switch,

l actually have the 2009-2010 edition so it isnt the hybrid camber and is actually the regular camber board. so l dont have much board to experience to compare to but have only rental boards before hand. in comparison it was a lot easier to control and learn carving on (only took me 2-3x to learn how). l noticed that compare to my other friends with similar board specs, they got alot more air than i did, no biggy for me since only hit groomers for now anwyays but still a consideration. also when l try to ride switch, i have a feeling like it wants to ride regular. maybe l'm not use to it yet but it just doesn't feel good, woulnd't go straight. overall good board if you plan on going to hit the groomers and small park jumps. because l feel it lacks the pop and switch riding, l wouldn't consider this a do-it-all board
