I'm a big guy (6'4" 220lb) with big feet that needs a board that can keep up with me on the mountain. The skunk ape seems to fit the I'm gonna go catch stash-squatch!

I'm a large ape and this board was the widest 165 I could find. Can't wait to slap it down.

Im 6'1 and 250 lb would a 165 be to big?
Josh A on Sep 20, 2015
Best Answer: I'm 6'4" and 240 lb and I ride a 172. I have a GNU rider's 162 and it is easy to throw around in the park but is not near enough board for more than a few inches of powder. The 172 is still easy to spin but floats wayyyy better in the pow, is more stable a nuke speed, and is a little stiffer in the tail for those less than perfect landings. I'd say if anything 165 would be too small.
