for a beginner rider is this an okay board to get?
SamGess on Jan 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I've ridden mine 3 days now. It's really stiff and has really grabby edges. Good for going fast and making big cuts, but wouldn't be very easy for a beginner to control.
I am 5'9 160 pound..not doing park riding, just mountain. Should i get the 156 or 159? im from east coast so mountain may be crowded some times..
matt c on Dec 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hello Matt C, either size would work for you. The main difference between the two is the 156 has a 8.1 M radius and the 159 has an 8.7 M. The 156 will be quicker edge to edge and feel more playful. The 159 will be a bit more stable, and give you better float in powder. Thanks.
Is the 159 the same color as the picture?
Aaron M on Jan 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I got the 156 and its the same color and I think the 159 is the same color but I cant give a 100% garuntee.
I'm 6 foot, 155-170lb depending, intermediate-expert rider. Currently riding an undersized board at 152. Would the jump to the 163 be too much? 159 a better bet? Surfing background if that helps.
Peter John on Mar 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'm 6' 2" and at 180 lbs, I rode a Burton twin 158 across the whole mountain and it worked great! I like something longer only because a longer board is better in the powder. The short the board, the easier it is to turn and spin, the longer the board the more stable in the deep powder and at high speed. So, with that said, you'd be fine with the 159, unless you are really focused on riding a lot of deep powder.
I wear a size 12. Would I be okay to get this board or would my feet hang out too much?
Garrett on Jan 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Good answer Benny. You might have overhang, and you can always check out this board in wide: http://www.the-house.com/9864rokrpmw15zz-rossignol-snowboards.html
What would be the best bindings to get with this board ? Looking for reasonable price and compatible with this board ?

BEST ANSWER: Depends how much you're looking to spend. We have lots of great bindings. Unions are some of the best: http://www.the-house.com/snbind-union.html
