Dave in the house-talking about the Rome Artifact. Definitely one of the cooler decks I have in the shop. Flex on this bad boy is going to be pretty much nil. You're looking at, I would say, 2 to 3 out of 10. Very, very soft flexing board, super good for pressing rails, boxes, stuff like that. Very forgiving freestyle board. True twin, flex, side-cut everything on this one.
From there, you've got there's street justice graphic this here which is, definitely pretty awesome. Broken pool cues. This one features the pool balls in the sock, you got razor blades, chains, broken bottles, and all that good stuff you wanna teach kids about. Base on this one is extruded they come factory waxed but with bluebird wax which is definitely an independent, rider-owned wax company.
Edge tech on this one; It's got a 3 degree base, and 3 degree side bevel, so pretty much catch free right out of the bag. It does also have brass edges. They tend to smear rather than crack like a steel edge would. Definitely adds to the forgiveness on rails and boxes. From there, you have their impact core. Definitely good as far as taking a beating and coming back for more. Sidewall construction. Good durability, good edge hold on icy hard pack yeah Rome Artifact a super soft jib friendly deck with pretty much one of the best graphics you got. I mean eight ball eye socket!
