Nitro Boards the brand is making new in for ‘em. It's called the Nitro Haze snowboard. What you're looking at here is more affordable twin-tip, extremely soft flexing snowboard, but not an entry level deck like you normally would have. It definitely has some durability built into it as well.
You've got radial sidecut on this one. It's really mellow, easy to predict, going to be really stable rolling flat base as well too. Really beefy sidewall and edge to this one. They are definitely thinking this one is going to be hitting up some metal, so they put the technology into deal with that. From there, sintered base, easy to take care, easy to repair, requires lots of waxing. And this one, it's got a low camber to it. So very little rise to the center, almost flat, kind of like you'd see on some of the other snowboards around. Not quite a full-on camber, not a rocker snowboard either.
But like I said before, name of the game on this one is definitely the soft flex, but with durability. So, I mean you might see those entry-level decks that are super soft noodles, but you go to nose press and the nose folds up on you. This one definitely is going to be extremely durable. If I was rocking a lot of city rails in my older age, the Nitro Haze snowboard is the one of the top three contenders I would be on for sure.
The new Haze is Nitro's low maintenance twin that is ultra soft with low camber and our powercore to give it that poppy lightweight feel.
