Description: Lib Tech Skate Banana BTX Wide Snowboard

The Lib Tech Skate Banana BTX Snowboard is one banana that you'll want to slide on because Lib Tech smartly puts the rider's pressure where it can best be leveraged. Banana Rocker allows the Skate Banana BTX Snowboard to be floaty in the powder, while flatish/mild cambered zones and scalloped Magne-Traction give you the pop in the park and grip on the groomers that you're looking for. Lib Tech engineered this snowboard with Power Transfer internal Sidewalls to give it the extra control and pop you need to boost off lips, and the H-Pop Wood Alloy Core makes it lightweight and super responsive. Every year the Skate Banana tops riders' wish lists, probably because it truly blends all of our favorite things.

    Pros: Good Edge Hold,Responsive Flex,Smooth Stability,Quick Edge to Edge,Floats in Powder,Lightweight,Smooth Carves,Durable Construction,Fast Base,Lots of Pop,Playful, Cons:

This is easily one of the best boards I have ever owned, and with a fresh coat of wax this board simply just flys. The board is mostly flat in the middle with a very mild camber with a rocker nose and tail. The board has great flex and amazing pop which goes with its reputation. The funny thing is, the board gets more recognition than I do, I have had about six riders stop and talk about the board which at first I thought was hilarious but after riding it you can understand why.

Christopher K: I have heard nothing but good things about this product. The-house is a great website for any consumer purchases. Awesome deals and prices nobody can match. Website is user friendly and efficient. At first when I came across the board defects claim, I felt a little unease, however, The-house provided additional information as why it was labeled defected which made me feel more relieved. Great website would recommend it to anybody Oct 22, 2013

A shopper asked: Im 6'2 and 180 and i was thinking about getting the 153w i normally ride lots of park on a 155 so i think it should be fine, any suggestions? Oct 20, 2013

Michael M: That seems a bit small for you. I am 5'11 and ride the 155w banana. Oct 21, 2013

Brian V: Well this board isn't really meant for lots of park riding, but if your kind of in and out of the park, then this board would be great for you. This is an all mountain board. So if your thinking of focusing more just on the park and freestyle, maybe a different board would be better for you.

To answer your question though, upgrading the size to a 156w should be fine for you in the park.

Joseph B: I'm 6'2" 200 lbs and I'm new at boarding but I bought the 154w and tore up anything and everything at steamboat springs, co. I'd say it's a great buy! I paired it with the nOW IPO bindings, sweet mix!

Andra R: For sure! If you could get it in a 155w I think that would be best but this board is very fun in the park and especially on rails. Nov 25, 2013
