This is Here at The House. I’m going to talk about the Rossignol Sultan Snowboard. It is a really, really good bang for the buck on this snowboard.
Basically it can be ridden by anybody from entry level to an advanced rider. It’s got a really durable construction, sidewall, full wrap, and full wood core. It’s got a slightly directional stance to it. I mean you got a little bit more nose than tail, so it’s all over the mountain. Other than that, you can ride it twinned out. It has quite a few stance options, so you can ride twinned out to the park or bring it back for powder conditions. They have got a really, really nice die-cut and sublimated base. And it’s going to be the extruded base too, so definitely, definitely fast. It would require waxing about probably every 3 to 5 times out.
Other than that, it is just great bang for the buck which is what the Rossignols are known for. We don’t see many come back on warranty. It is a really, really good snowboard to check out for pretty much 90% of the riders out there. TheRossignol Sultan Snowboard.

The-House.com Store asked: Why did you choose this?
laura t: I have seen really good reviews. Even as an intermediate snowboarded, I only go about twice a year, and am not the aggressive type. I like to take my time down the mountain. I went with camber because on the east coast, US, most conditions are hard packed / icy, which rocker is not good for...IMO. This looks like it is well made, and durable, and not breaking the bank. Hopefully it does this trick! Jan 23, 2014

Mike M asked: Are there two versions of this board? A Midwide and a standard width? I have a 8.5 boot and am wondering if this board will accommodate that. Thanks! Jan 14, 2014

Matt GStaff: Hi Mike,

You're size 8.5 boots would work best on this Rossignol Sultan Snowboard.
