A shopper asked: I have a size 13 boot, should I get a wide board, and if so are there disadvantages to a wide board? Dec 16, 2013

Matt GStaff: With size 13 boots you should most definitely get a wide snowboard. You will have more disadvantages riding a regular width board with size 13 feet over riding a wide board. Get a wide board, get a wide board, get a wide board. Hey, guess what? Get a wide board. Dec 17, 2013

Jay M: what about size 10 boots Mar 19, 2014
Matt GStaff: If a rider has size 10 boots they 99% of the time can ride a "regular" width snowboard. Mar 19, 2014
mike h asked: I have a Ride Havouc 159 and looking for a new board. I am 5'9". Should I get the 158 or 161? Aug 20, 2014

Amy R: I bought the 158. I'm 5'9" as well, 165lbs. I bought b the Ride berzerker in jan. 2014. Wanted it for powder but still have versatility on the rest of the mountain. It worked perfectly, the stance is setback, so nice in pow and rides well everywhere else. I have always rode lib tech boards til this Ride. I would recommend to anyone who asked. I would Get the 158 the 161 might be a little large.
Shred on!!!

Ronaldo C: I am 6ft and got a 164 and it did great.

I think you should go for the bigger one. Looking to the shape/type of this board, you want it to be bigger rather then smaller.

Its a great board, be prepared to fly down the hill.

Joshua W: Well, the Berzerker handles powder extremely well in my opinion so if you want a little bit more playfulness out of it, go with the 158. If you're looking for purely a smooth and powerful pow board, step it up to the 161. Hope this helps! Aug 20, 2014

matthew g: I had the same board before I bought this one. I'm also 5'9 and got the 161 and regretted it. I wish I would have gotten the 158. I don't feel this board is quite as responsive as the havoc and wish that model was still available. Aug 21, 2014

A shopper asked: what does the hybrid camber on the ride berzerker snowboard mean? is that a combo of rocker and and original camber? wouldd this board be good for powder days? Jan 5, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Kevin S: Yes, it's great in powder and stable on groomers. I purchased this board last season, and I enjoyed many powder days riding it in Utah. I have been riding for more than 25-years and this is by far the best all mountain board for me. Jan 5, 2014
