As soon as this went on sale , I bought it! This is a great board! Present for my girlfriend, who rides occasionally. This is the best board she's ever had, and it looks great!
"Great board for the next level"
This board was bought for my wife to get her off the rental rubbish she is normally on. It took two days of playing to get her stance right for this board but once right she loves it. Turning is much easier for her and she feels much more in control. It's quick on the flat and easier to hold an edge so she isn't pushing so much. Most importantly, the smile is wide and she is proud to stand around leaning on it...
I like to ride with my Liberty, I feel myself free and full of desire to conquer the mountain. I like it stylishly design and weight. But my screw-bolts (from bindings) damaged board from the other side (because it too thin) and appear something like pimple. Be careful!
I love this board. It lets me have the speed I want without letting the board take controll of my ride. Palmer is a great brand and this board shows it!!
I brought this board on sale. It makes me a better rider, I'm an intermediate rider and I can land my jumps and fly at high speeds. I feel in real control of this board. mind you I was using a old old burton cruzer (men's board) before. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT. Thanks!
"Love-hate relationship with my board"
I love my new board, I hate my new board. I guess I just have to get use to it. This board launches like a rocket, and it feels so soft and forgiving when you land a jump imperfectly. It has some aggressive sidecut, and I feel like I am only on my nose and tail when I try to carve. The camber is high, and I might be too light for this board because half of the time I feel like I am flying instead of snowboarding. For now, this board is riding me =( I have no control over it and most of the time I am fighting with it instead of going with it.
