I am about 6'2" and weigh about 170; my boots are a size 10 (K2) and my bindings are XL (Union), what length and width would you recommend? Im worried that the 162 will feel unwieldy when carving, but the 159 might feel a little short...

you don't necessarily need a wide snowboard given your boot size. The longer the board the wider, giving you less control and a more tiring ride.
