I loved this board, it felt like it was an extension of my feet. It was very responsive and easy to control. I demo'd this one and the skate banana(so squirrelly). I've been riding a 2006 ride fleetwood 158 and wanted to try out some new technology. I found the holy moly to be a great change in the right direction.
After riding this board a few days I had a great impression of it over all. It was quite responsive and it handled well. It worked well through the powder and rocketed down the groomers. It was 10x better than the Skate Banana that I had ridden the day before. I did feel the board was a bit on the heavier side and in terms of pop, it didn't feel amazing like the board's description on the Forum's site, but then again I didn't want to be too aggressive with a Demo'd board. The board is nowhere as flexy as they portray it to be, and is by no means a board a beginner looking to progress should use for the park. It's definitely for the more experienced rider looking to make some serious stunts. Otherwise its an amazing board, rides through the chop well, is responsive, and i had no problems with it. It was incredibly stable throughout. Overall I give it a thumbs up.
So after 1 day of riding this board I would have to say I wasnt impressed at all. It seemed squirly when flat based, like it was going to kick out or something. The next day of riding was much better once I got accustomed to it the ride was great. Nice flex not too stiff or noodly. The base was fast after I waxed, factory wax was nothing to write home about. The combo platter works pretty good a few instances were I would have caught and edge under rotating but rode away fine due to the lifted contact points.
So overall its a nice cambered board with some aspects of reverse camber that takes a little time to get use too. I give this a 4/5
