This Forum Destroyer ChillyDog Snowboard is both extremely durable and very versatile. Its Light Triax laminate helps make this board incredibly light weight. This board was definitely built to last. You will not have to replace it any time soon. Forum is one of the most reliable and trusted brands on the market. You can rest assured that this is a high quality board. You will not be disappointed. Best of all, the price tag is very affordable!
The name Destroyer is pretty fitting for this board because it really does detroy anything you throw at it. Park, powder, groomers. It crushed them all.
The reverse camber on this board makes it nice and loose and playful. Easy to butter and press, nice pop and forgiving on sketchy landings. At high speeds and on icier runs stability and response is an issue but on anything else this board is responsive and easy to ride on.
The base makes for a nice fast ride that can give you some serious speed when you want it which allows a board that might otherwise be a park board to be a real all mountain board.
The graphics on these board are also pretty sweet and the topsheet is relativley resistant to scratches, although not immune from retarded skiers edges.
This is a sick board. I rode it last weekend and I LOVE IT.
Very fast base for charging kickers. Pretty forgiving too. I mainly use this in the park, as my other board is mostly freeride. I was surprised at how much they improved the Destroyer from two years ago. I highly recommend this board
I picked this up over the weekend and had it detuned for rails right out of the box. I was able to take it through pretty much everything this weekend and it quickly put a smile on my face.
All mountain- The board is fast and really stable in the chop. It preformed well when pointing it at natural features and had great edge hold. One thing I didn't know when I bought the board is that it has a slight amount of camber in the tail. Not the nose just the tail. Despite this, I didn't notice it at all when I was riding switch.
Park- I was really surprised how well this thing did in the park. It excelled on jumps because it felt stable at speeds and was easy to land. Most rockered boards feel washy when you try to land and just give out in the nose and tail but I didn't get that with this board. On rails it again surprised me. It popped well and felt really stable. Even though it's a rather stiff 154 it pressed effortlessly.
Pipe- It was really nice in the pipe too. It has some torsional stiffness which I think helps. It also is stiffer than my normal park deck so that helped alot.
Great board that I am surprised to say could be a quiver killer.
