Description: Burton Aftermath Blem Snowboard

Because you''ve been doing this for a while. Because it''s got camber and that still counts. Because it''s called the Aftermath. Because it''s got Squeezebox, our ultra-snappy core profile that brings more power and energy. Because it''s basically a hyper-evolved Custom. Because it''s aggressive and you ride fast. Because Marko Grilc and Christian Haller asked for it. Because it f-ing rocks!

This board has some minor cosmetic defects-nothing that affects the performance

Why did you choose this? Store
Because we bought bindings at the Whistler turkey sale and discovered they don't fit the non burton board we had. The house had the best price for the burton board we wanted!

Is this the board that I am looking for?

Looking to get my own board after 3 years of rentals. I need a solid snowboard for an advanced (not even close to expert) rider, it needs to be able to handle the East Coast ice. I don't have enough money to throw away on a cheap board. I just need a Freeride boad for the mountain- no tricks in the park for this 40 year old.....Is this the board that I am looking for?

Best Answer: The Burton Aftermath Snowboard is a great twin shaped freestyle oriented snowboard, but you may want to consider a board that is a little more freeride friendly.

Check out the Burton Custom Snowboard; it have a set back stance and a slightly longer nose than tail. The Custom have two profile shape (bend) options - Flying V (Hybrid - Camber Nose/Tail - Rocker between the feet) and Camber.

If you want a slightly looser feel for riding powder with stability on groomers check out the Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard here »

If you want a powederful board with quick edge to edge transitions check out the Burton Custom Camber Snowboard here »

*If you have size 11 boots or larger I'd suggest checking out the WIDE options of either of the above listed boards...
