Looking to get my own board after 3 years of rentals. I need a solid snowboard for an advanced (not even close to expert) rider, it needs to be able to handle the East Coast ice. I don't have enough money to throw away on a cheap board. I just need a Freeride boad for the mountain- no tricks in the park for this 40 year old.....Is this the board that I am looking for? Check out the Burton Custom Snowboard; it have a set back stance and a slightly longer nose than tail. The Custom have two profile shape (bend) options - Flying V (Hybrid - Camber Nose/Tail - Rocker between the feet) and Camber.
