Hey guys, I'm about 5'11 in height and about 170 in weight. Would this board be a good one to buy? or any recommendations?
Matthew V on Sep 4, 2013
Best Answer: Hi mate - I'm 5'6 and 165 and got the 154. Perfect for me and my needs. By way of background I rode for 10 years then not at all for 13 and then got back on a few months ago. This board was great.

Does the 150mm have a stance setback? Also, is that too big for a beginner rider who is 5'6" and 150?
A shopper on Dec 8, 2013
Best Answer: I'm pretty sure it has the setback. I'm 6'0" tall, 190 lbs, and a beginner also. I took it to big mountain montana and I was happy with my purchase..I'm ready to go back.

Is this board a good if I wear a 10.5 in shoe size?
A shopper on Jul 10, 2013
Best Answer: Having bought this item with a sz 10 boot, I'm certain that a 10.5 will fit. I'm not going to lie, it did take some prolonged tuning with my binding to get the right fit, but when it comes to fitting on this awesome board there is no issue. Hope this helps.

im 5'11" 140 pounds what should i ride?
A shopper on Sep 10, 2013
Best Answer: I would say 154 or 156 I am 5'5" and ride a 150. I would go more for the length of the board than the weight it says that it would support. A 150cm would be like a skateboard to you. Fyi, I love this board.

Looking to buy my 19 year old a board of his own. He is going on his 5th year boarding and I would consider him to be pretty good. He is 5"11 and weighs about 165. He is joining the West Point ski club and will compete on the weekends. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to get just the Burton 3D binding plates at any local Utah stores? I have Freestyle bindings with the 4 screw plate now.
Dave L on Dec 13, 2013
Best Answer: Dave Last Name - A very unique last name you have there Mr. Last Name.
Regarding your bindings - yes any shop worth their salt should have a stash of Burton 3D baseplates available for purchase. Just note that the teeth do vary slightly from year to year so either be sure of the year model that you have or bring your bindings along to ensure a proper fit.

I'm five feet and nine inches and I have a shoe size of ten and a half. Would the board size of 159 cm work?
A shopper on Jul 10, 2013
Best Answer: The Burton TWC Standard Snowboard 159 would be a good size for you. Depending upon where you live you could also consider going as far as a 156. But a lot will depend upon your riding style, experience and where you ride.
