Description: Artec Nima Jalali Snowboard

Where Artec dares to go, others can only follow. The Artec Nima Jalali freestyle board puts you in the lead position with one tough board. Artec starts with an UltraTec engineered wood core that delivers a smooth ride, just the right amount of flex and shape retrieval, then adds TriTec sidewalls and NorTec fiberglass wrapping that solidifies the package and gives it solidity, stability and stiffness to satisfy the most demanding rider. The BetaTech base makes it fast on any kind of snow and holds the wax so that you're out having fun, not rewaxing all day. For intermediate to advanced riders, the Nima Jalali cuts the snow like nothing else.

Key Features of The Artec Nima Jalali Snowboard:
  • Tri Tec Sidewalls

"Fun, Solid snowboard."
I feel that Artec is a brand that gets overlooked a lot, especially in the US. Well, they deserve more recognition. Their boards are built to be durable, and ride very well. I switched boards with my friend who had this for a few runs, and I really liked it. The graphics are nice as well. The board rides smooth, is predictable, and is just a great board to ride. It is softer as nima is a bit of a jib guy, but that's part of what makes this board so fun! Easy to press, butter, and can handle a bit of speed as well

This board seemed to be the perfect one for me. Artec is a respectable company, and this board is well suited to beginner and intermediate riders like myself. Also, the guitar decal was a major factor.

Hello I'm about 5-8 and a 150lbs. My riding is mostly Free riding but like to hit a few tabletops and boxes. I have a boot size of 9.5 to 10. Would this board at 149 be a good fit?
A shopper on Jan 5, 2016
Best Answer: Hey there. I think that the 149 will work for you. The 154 would also work, and may be a better fit for your boot size. Up to you!

Hi there,
I am interested in buying this board, however I am concern that my boots might be too big for this board. I am size 12 on boots and I am looking at the 149cm board. I would like to know your honest advise!?

Best Answer: Hi Ronald,
For a US Men's size 12... this board will be too narrow. Generally I suggest that riders with size 11+ boots ride boards that have a waist width of 25.8cm or wider. If you want a short board that retains some width... look here: http://www.the-house.com/search.html?keywords=Nug

Hi there, I'm trying to decide between 2 boards type and also length:
(1)Artec Nima Jalali Snowboard (154cm or 159cm?)
(2)Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard (157cm)
I'm a 5'10, 160lb female. I've been riding for 10+ years and want a versital all mountain board. I love powder but am typically riding groomed runs. I want a board that is easy to maneuver, can hit big jumps while also holding stability under speed. I would more likely be found carving hard as opposed to hitting rails. Which board would you suggest?
Thanks!
Renae S on Dec 7, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Renae,

Stability and rocker aren't synonymous - that would cancel out the Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard.

The Artec Nima Jalali Snowboard is going to be the board that will meet up to your expectations. You best fit within the weight range of the 159cm size.

What size board should I get? 154 or 159cm. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and I weigh 182
A shopper on Aug 12, 2015
Best Answer: For your weight and height I would recommend purchasing the 159, however the 154 would still work well.
