Same as 2015 except
Same as last years except the nose has more of a rise which is good ) and the side walls (the top sheet to the edges on side of board) are one angle instead of two which is better too! Dope board too bad I wrote mine off and I'm using the 2015. Still rides the same

125 ( lbs, 5'6, intermediate, mostly groomers and some minimal park, 148 vs 151?
A shopper on Mar 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hey man I just bought a custom and i'm loving it. I'm the same height as you but weigh 155. I bought a 154. I think a 151 would be good for you. The longer board is good for more all mountain and powder. Where as a shorter board is more tuned towards the park. It all depends on the rider.
I'm looking for a new board, I've been using the same board for 5 years, I don't even know the brand, but it's a 158 standard camber board. I mostly just like to charge the slopes, and I'd like to get better hitting natural jumps. Powder is also a big part of my riding style. I just wanna know if this board really does handle hard turns well, and how forgiving is the sidecut?

BEST ANSWER: Hi! The Burton Custom has Frostbite Edges. It will have great edge hold. I think you will really like it.
What's the difference between radial side cut 2016 and modified frostbite edge side cut 2015? Is the 16
A better board? I also notice the nose has a slightly more of a rise compared to 2015

BEST ANSWER: Hi Tim,
The The Frostbite edges are basically Burton's version of the magna-traction. They will grip better on hard snow and icy conditions. The difference of the two technologies is like a serrated v straight blade knife.
