should I be swayed by the fact that I'm not a youth? 135 lbs 5'6'' I like the specs and size is correct based on the __cm*2.54*.88=ideal size equation.

Best Answer: Hey, you probably could ride this hit machine Grom, but I would suggest against it. First, it will be a softer flex and a narrower waist. Both will effect your ride. Take a look here: http://www.the-house.com/9860btclasb15zz-burton-snowboards.html or http://www.the-house.com/9832btnug15zz-burton-snowboards.html. Let me know if you have more questions.

My son is 5'6" and ways 110 pounds I'm looking to spend up too $260 maybe more and he is a beginner. What would be the best set up for him (snowboard and bindings possibly boots)?
A shopper on Feb 9, 2014
Best Answer: I'd look at the K2 Vandal for the board. Burton Mission smalls is a good beginner binding, but there an many other options. Just my opinion.

how much stiffer is the board than the k2 world wide weapon?
Terry K on Dec 20, 2013
Best Answer: Hi Terry,

Being that the k2 Hit Machine Grom Snowboard is classified as a youth board, it will be a little softer than the WWW.
