Description: Burton Clash Blem Snowboard - Boys

Cruise easy with the Burton Clash Snowboard for men. The Clash's classic shaping features a setback stance to create more float in the nose and a snappy, responsive tail (slightly tapered) to give you easy cruising performance all day long no matter the terrain. It is a relaxed and mellow ride with a smooth, medium flex down the board—stiffer at the nose and tail—and great control, perfect for intermediate riders or even entry-level types hammering down the basics. Burton puts The Channel design into the Clash to allow for easy stance setup and binding compatibility. Hard and soft woods are layered into the Super Fly Core to attain a lighter board with ideal levels of pop.

  • Flex: Twin

I decided to go with the Burton Clash 2015 because it seemed as if it will fit me best for my size, the board shape and style, and the color of the board and how it is designed.

will the union force snowboard bindings metal work with this board?
A shopper on Dec 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yep.
Union states that their 2015 bindings will be compatible to the Channel System.
is a 151cm clash a good match for foot size size 11, 150 pounds, 5'10"? I know this is on the edge barely making it a mid-wide for the size 11. I just like a smaller boards and don't want to have too much hanging off the board. Also I keep going back and forth between this board (clash) and the Burton Root. For a beginner snowboarder that could do the hardest run on the first day. Looking to be able to ride all around the mountain.

Thanks A lot!

BEST ANSWER: The Burton Clash Snowboard in the 151cm size would be ok for your weight, either in the park or on front side groomed runs. If you want to do some powder or higher speed runs the the 155 would be more fun.
In the picture it has a channel mounting pattern, but the stats chart says its 2x4. which is it. I have compatible burton custom bindings so it doesnt matter but id prefer channel. ??
tobi a on Dec 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The board has the channel mounting, not the 2x4 mounting.
Is the clash a good all around board? For like beginners, park riders, or just cruising?
Mighty mouse on Mar 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner board. It's a great board for cruising and park riders I would say though. The board type is for a little more experienced people.
When it says "base color may vary" what does that mean? If I chose the size 155 and the picture shows that size as orange, will I get the orange one? or will it come as another color?
Lisa C on Dec 24, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Lisa,
This is always a difficult thing with snowboards. These Burton Clash boards have color options that are aligned with sizes. If you order the 155 Orange, it will be some variation of that.... but the colors may be opposite (light orange and dark orange..not blue ect...). We can never guarantee the bases because the board companies vary them all the time. If you place your order through our sales people, they may well be able to pull an exact board for you:1 (800) 409-7669.
So these do work with burton channel boards?
A shopper on Dec 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This 2015 Clash is a Burton Channel Board.
Would the "Burton Custom Re:Flex Snowboard Bindings Black/Red 2015" bindings work with this board?
Lisa C on Dec 24, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yep!
Although the Clash uses the Channel System, Burton lists the Custom Re:Flex Bindings as compatible.
Will the regular width work for size 11 shoes? Looking for a first/beginner board. (5'10", 190lbs, size 11 shoe) was thinking 155cm clash, but hoping for input.
Vito N on Dec 22, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Any Burton Clash Snowboard bigger than 15 will fit an 11. With an 11 you look for a 25cm waist width.
With your height and weight you could do the 155 for park, but would be happier with a 158 for all mountain.
