good board for beginners
i own a lamar ultra and i started on it in between intermediate and beginner. I enjoyed the board for the price and how it held up. I am very hard on my boards and this one did very well. great for beginners that want to learn how to carve. I would recommend this board for a all mtn. beginner.

"good board, good price"
This board seems ideal for starters. The board doesn't leave too much a dent in your wallet, nor is it a poor investment. It's a good priced board for beginning riders, and I used it in my first few days to learn boarding, and found it a nice board to learn with. However, it did get quite rough in icy conditions

Reliable Board
This board has been very good to me over the last couple of seasons. The twin tip makes it easy to carve. It also has great durability and has been able to take me just about any where on the mountain. It took me a while to get the board broken in, but once i did, it became much easier to flex with. Can be a bit difficult for heavy powder but still does pretty well. This is a good board for free riders and beginner to intermediate free style riders.
