Description: Burton Feather Snowboard - Womens

There's no law that says women aren't just as vicious on their boards as men, and with the Burton Feather Snowboard - Women's edition, the ladies out there can now show-up their hairier counterparts. A lot went into the design of this light, durable board. With a tapered shape and just enough flex to easily breeze through turns and tricks, the Burton Feather is easy to ride. You'll also find that this board is incredibly strong to be so lightweight. That's due to the Fly-wood core and the EGD construction. You won't be let down by the Feather from Burton.

A shopper asked: Im 5'6" 150lbs, intermediate rider, but I'm still working on my confidence carving at high speed so I prefer to go slower. I'm debating between 153 and 149. Will the 149 be too short? I've heard it's ok to size down for rocker boards & I'm right on the edge of range... Jan 24, 2014

Jessie H: I actually bought this board for my mom who is your height. I'm not an expert but I would say you could use it just fine. She's a more regular boarder than I am. Reading reviews and info made it seem like a good intermediate board. You can also check out info at your local board shop if you're still not sure. That's what I did. Jan 31, 2014

Winona M: I had a Burton 151 pervious to purchasing this board. I am 5'6 or 5'7( been told both) and it perfect for me. I really like this boad, no more catching edges and rides smoothly. I only go snowboarding 1 or 2 times a year, I defiantly do not have a professional answer, but I am very pleased with this board. Feb 5, 2014

Sarah C: I'm 5'8" 155lbs and it is the perfect size for me. It depends on what your comfortable with, but if I were you I would get a slightly smaller board. You're probably looking at a 150 or below. Besides that I absolutely love this board and every Burton board I've used. Jan 31, 2014

Devin M: It really depends on weight and preference. I'm 5 7-5 8 and ride on the shorter end. This is a great board for a beginner intermediate rider. I suggest googling height and weight for length Feb 2, 2014

Lindsey H: I'm 5'9" and it's a good length for me, but it also depends on your weight and what type of control you want out of your board. There should be charts and suggestions online available. Jan 31, 2014
