"New brand, good quality"
We have gotten all of our kids snowboard gear at the house. For our third, we bought this Sapient board. In the past for all of our kids we have started them with Lamar of 5150 gear. We tried Sapient and it sppears to be better quality than the other into boards. It held up better over the season despite some nasty falls. It is a good all around beginner board for a good price

My son needs a new snowboard. This is the right size and seems durable enough for the type of terrain park he uses.

Can I use men size biddings on this board?
A shopper on Nov 28, 2014
Best Answer: My son wears a size 7 boot. The bindings are mens medium so he can grow into them, but the board won't handle sizing up, so it depends on what size binding and boots you will be using. Nice board though!!

im 5,6 what size do i need board?
JADENG11 on Nov 11, 2015
Best Answer: Hi there jaden g,
Both height and weight factor into you selection of a snowboard. the taller or heavier you are, usually go with a something a little longer. The type board will also factor into your determination. If you are getting a freeride board and want that stability when bombing it down the hill, you may chose something a little longer. If you want a powder board, which may be slightly wider, a longer length might not factor into the equation.
But, the rule of thumb is to measure from the floor to your nose (in cm of course), then apply that to the type of board you are looking to buy.
