Description: Burton Chopper Snowboard - Kids, Youth

The Burton Chopper is the longest running kids snowboard on this earth, even the Flying Tomato rode a Chopper when he was a grom. This year the Chopper becomes even easier to ride than ever before which will make your kids first turns on snow more fun than pain. The Zero camber and Easy Rider base means that pressure is taken off the edges when the board is on a flat base meaning fewer winding toe edge catches and whiplash inducing heel edge catches.

Key Features of the Burton Chopper Snowboard:
  • Double Chair Package
  • Easy Rider Technology
  • Shape: Twin
  • Flex: Twin
  • Core: Fly
  • Fiberglass: Biax
  • Base: Extruded
  • Sidewalls: Roundtop
  • Extras: Easy Rider Edge Tune
  • Graphic Info: Matthew Skiff likes cartoons, the 80's, horror movies, comic books, and drawing gooey things

Grandson loves snowboarding
My wife and I bought this for out grandson who lives in the midwest. He says he loves it and that is good enough for me. The board arrived when the customer service person said it would. Thank you.

Which bindings do I buy with this board?
Janie B on Nov 9, 2013
Best Answer: We bought the snowboard package-board, bindings and boots (around$200). I looked at the package and the bindings are called Burton Grom Snowboard bindings. The package is worth the price-even if you already have boots!! My boy loves his board. He had a great season with it last year! The binding were easy enough for him to lock in without us!!

What kind of binding do I need for the Burton Chopper kid's board?
A shopper on Nov 8, 2014
Best Answer: My son was 2.5 yrs old when I got his equipment......I got the chopper 80, boots burton grom size 11c (US)...boots have layers to remove as they grow, and I got the Burton grom bindings (i think the smallest they made. The bindings fit the board good, the boots fit the bindings good. Everything fit him enough to send him down the hill, he's 4.5 this winter and still shredding the same stuff.
