Description: K2 A.M.P. Sabre Skis

MOD is an integrated high performance suspension system, and mass dampener. It functions by absorbing vibrations and impact loads in all types of snow conditions providing stronger edge hold and a higher degree of power and control. MOD is unique because mass is applied as a secondary core independent from the traditional, primary wood core. With mass added separately, both cores can flex or move on top of one another allowing the overall ski flex to be unaffected. Additionally, the ski retains ease, versatility, and liveliness while greatly reducing vibrations and chatter.

Key Features of the K2 A.M.P. Sabre Skis:
  • All Mountain Recreational Ski
  • MOD Technology
  • Torsion Box Cap Construction
  • Triaxial Braiding
  • Fir Core
  • Geometry: 119/72/103@163
  • Radius: 14m@163

Why did you choose this? Store
As an intermediate level skier, I was looking for a set of skis that were durable, versatile, and cheap. I was able to find that in these skis.

Are these skis twin tips?
A shopper on Nov 3, 2013
Best Answer: The K2 A.M.P. Sabre Skis are not twin tips. They have a modern take on the traditional box tail which provides power through the turn, confident hold, and a gentle release from the arc. Happy Winter!
